| 2009 - Present | UNAIDS Geneva, Team Leader, Information Production Unit Lead the Production of Information Services Unit staff, including overseeing outside expertise in manuscript editing, layout services , translation services, printing services, web posting and workflow systems. Manage effectively and timely all aspects of the publishing process in both traditional and new media ensuring cost efficiency and quality control of UNAIDS publications, hard copy and on-line, using up to date technology. Oversee the development/adaptation and implementation of effective managerial processes including electronic publications tracking systems and a financial User Pays system, implementing innovation and changes. Work with UNAIDS Country Offices, Regional Support Teams, and Cosponsoring Agencies to improve distribution of publications and promote development, production and use of UNAIDS publications at country level.Develop guidelines and procedures for the continuous transformation of the UNAIDS corporate web site to be based on cutting edge technologies and innovative web practices. Ensure the implementation and manage work plans, budgets and resources and project timelines including the optimum use of resources, effective processes and state of the art practices for the team.
